What we will need from you

Valuations

We will require Registered Valuer’s report from an approved Valuer prior to final loan approval.

However in some circumstances the loan application can be processed without a valuation.

Credit Checks

We will ask your permission to conduct a credit check on the borrower and the borrowing entity. We will be happy to share a copy of this report with you.

Other relevant information about the property or borrowing entity will be requested from you.
